I had a great stay at Hilton Tucson East, enjoying the beautiful pool area and clean, comfortable rooms. However, I was disappointed with the delayed check-in process due to a football team's late checkout, which complicated things. Service at breakfast was excellent, though, and my overall experience was positive, making me want to return someday.

However, upon entering my room, I found it was not up to par. the cleanliness left much to be desired, particularly with a dirty toilet and leftover items from previous guests. Overall, the experience had its highlights but the cleanliness issues really impacted my stay.
